Please don’t ever visit this hotel for stay. NO hygiene. The floor was mess ,No good room service. Also just an outside beauty they showed in pictures but rooms are like hunted flat…. Don’t book the Cab from hotel. They have a community and they charge more then Goa miles cabbies

groupThis is very very old property. Walls are damaged. No proper maintenance. We requested for room change no response. We have to follow up them like they are our guest. The night shift reception team completely useless in client handling skills. They are too much serious, like they can easily spoil the movement restaurant is good with friendly staff and delicious food along with swimming pool service.

familyHotel people are very polite and helpful and willing to help even at odd hours. Location is okay if you have your own vehicle for commutation. Food is average. Property hygiene needs lot of improvement (currently at very basic level) and renovation including things to be made available in the room. In summary if you are expecting a 2-3 star experience, please book somewhere else.

Hotel was ok, not recommended. Towels and bathroom needs were to be asked time and again, service desk was not co operative, complementary breakfast was average quality, no staff to help carry bags from 2nd floor, and most imp no lifts. Parents had to struggle climbing up the stairs.

familyI do not know where to start. The overall experience was very poor. The common areas of the hotel were clean compared to the rooms. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a room for an extended stay. I checked the room and immediately complained about the cleanliness of the room (extremely dirty sheets, pillowcase, bathroom. I like the fact that makemytrip helped me quickly but unfortunately refused to refund the money. The hotel management acted immediately and assigned me another room which was also dirty. They said they had not had a chance to clean the room and the staff was not available. They had agreed to change the sheets and pillowcase at least for one night. We were prepared for this and stayed in the second room for the night. The next day we were moved to third room where the condition of the room was essentially the same. Nothing was cleaned properly, the bathrooms and balconies were filthy. The quality of the breakfast was not so good. If you like greasy food, then you will like the breakfast. Personally, we do not eat oily food. I ordered dinner for two evenings and got it the way i wanted it. We never used the swimming pool because we were worried about the cleanliness of the pool. The property has a good parking lot. You will have no problems parking 4 wheelers. Staff was very good. I don't have any single compaint about the staff. They were very quickly reponsive and helpful. If you are not worried about cleanliness, the hotel is fine. If you are worried about your health and that of your family, you must not stay.
