Room keys was a big issue plus room temperature and humidity issues and food was ok ok but staff was good and helpful. Transport issues nearby to place. No network wifi issues can't turn off fans and AC.

Excellent Stay
This beautiful resort is well connected/ accessible to Morjim beach. During my 4 days stay we get great service from staff especially Mr. Pawan and Mrs. Pemla.Room cleaning staff was to much attentive and approached for work within 05 min after call. All staff was nice and supportive behaviour. we stayed in garden suite category which is very specious and was provided with Diakin AC gives feels of hill station..TV provided in room is connected with WiFi and easily accessible to you tube /netflix/ prime vidio . But wi fi speed was too slow here…buffet breakfast was served with less verity’s but overall food quality was very good. Thanks for team sibaya to make our trip memorable.

Disappointing Location Despite Good Rooms and Restaurant
I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was mixed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the restaurant served good food with friendly service. However, the location was quite poor — far from main attractions and not easily accessible. What really disappointed me was the beach access, which was terrible and nothing like what was advertised. Considering the high price, the overall value for money was not worth it. If you’re only looking for a nice room and decent food, this place might be fine, but for a relaxing beach holiday, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Poor Stay
Their rooms have lot of issues, we had to change room 2 times in one night. Their first room was full of condensation and floor was full of water, second room they had some geyser issue, when we came back at night we found. I water in washroom taps and no electricity which had stopped without informing us. Their response was very poor. Finally they changed room again at around 2 O’clock at night. AC was making lot of sound. None of their washroom has hot water tap in wash basin. Overall it is just waste of money staying there.

Terrible Stay
Very very dirty rooms.. water dampness on all the walls and roop… very bad smell in the room… bed sheets are smelly.. wash room in very bad conditions…. Breakfast is unhygienic.

We really enjoyed our 4 days stay here . The breakfast buffet had wide variety of options to choose from . Food was really tasty and hygienic . Rooms are well mentioned . Staff was really helpful and polite . They even arranged the birthday cake for our son’s first birthday which was really sweet . Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Goa next time .
