Good Stay

The hotel was at a walking distance from the beach and was very calm and peaceful to relax and rejuvenate. The rooms were large and spacious but could have been a little cleaner. The service was good and the breakfast we did had good varieties of both north and South Indian food. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

The behaviour of the manager was not good. We spent 2 nights without sleep due to continuous disturbance by rats. Food quality was good. Overall experience was okay type

never ever fall for the pics .. worst experience completely different and unsafe.. .. even they dont cancel and return your amount... pathetic .. its a small hotel but when it comes to complaints then they come up with the reason they have head office and all

it was not at all 4star from any angle ,pathetic experience, very very unhygienic dining place, rooms were having spider web n dust all over, Ac was not functional, we checked out on Day 1 itself n took the loss of amount,and then booked Novotel Candolim from Mmt itself u can check that at your end.

Unsafe, Unhygienic

I booked 4 nights at Perfect Stays Kokomaya but checked out after one night. The property is nothing like the photos shown on MMT — extremely dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained. No hot water, no staff, muddy surroundings, insects in the room, a big lizard in the washroom, and yellow pool water. The food was terrible, and the so-called buffet had just a few items. When I raised concerns, one staff member admitted the hotel was facing financial problems, and the head office representative said, “You have to adjust; this is Goa.” My daughter even got skin rashes due to insect bites. It’s unsafe for children and senior citizens, and certainly not worth

Pathetic hotel.. there was no hot water at all ..one whole day went in discussing about hot water. I went with one year old baby there was no hot water. rooms and bathroom was stinking. Be cautious and recheck before visiting

don’t go by the pictures. they don’t match even 1 %

I don’t think there’s a worse property deception than this. The pictures are opposite of what we saw and booked . On our insistence we were told the hotel is not letting us cancel and get a refund even after providing enough proof and evidences. The proximity an the safety of this property is extremely deceptive.
