The staff is incredibly polite, generous and always ready to help with a warm smile. The food is absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful and perfectly portioned. There's a good mix of local and popular options on the menu, and everything we tried was worth recommending. The location is unbeatable — just near Morjim Beach! It was a dream to be able to walk to the beach in under a minute and watch the sunsets right from the shore. The pool is also lovely, clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials like a mini-fridge, kettle, and proper storage. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property has a calm and peaceful vibe, with good Wi-Fi, helpful staff, and secure premises.

Koko Maya is by far the best place to stay – located near the beach with stunning views that make your stay even more relaxing and memorable. The service was top-notch; a huge shoutout to Property Manager for their exceptional hospitality. They took care of every single detail and made sure our stay was perfect. The food was also delicious – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

It was my first visit to goa. I am really happy that i stayed in this Perfectstayz Koko Maya, Morjim. Location is perfect, near sea, snacks and magazines. Breakfast in the Perfectstayz Koko Maya, Morjim was very tasty, room was clean and without any bugs, insects and lizards. At the Perfectstayz Koko Maya, Morjim territory swimming pool and a lot of trees and palms. The personal was very polite and patient. On my request to make up room and bring me something, they reacted immediately.

Perfectstayz koko maya is really beautiful and is on apt location. The property, service everything was good. Even the food, specially fresh juices in breakfast. Staff is also friendly and helpful, including the main office people. However, the whole crew was commendable. The property is beautiful with lots of trees, plants, they were just fab and stole the show. Thank you all for having us.

I had a great time staying at koko maya. The stuff is very polite and always willing to help with anything. The rooms are pleasant. And cleanliness is top tier. Had the best experience here, it’s a lovely place, clean rooms & the restaurant serves so many delicious things it’s hard to choose from 👌😍😍 and it’s super close to the main spots & beach facing if u take premium rooms or else it’s a 5min walk to the beach. Amazing place must visit!

This resort provides excellent hospitality. Cleanliness, attitude of staff, choice of breakfast and accessibility to amenities is very good. Would highly appreciate this to anyone looking for accommodation opp beach. They’re just opp morjim beach. Staffs and manager - their service to customers is commendable!
