Room was smelling bad. There were no towel and toiletries. very ordinary hotel and parking is also public parking. only good is its near the Casino

Good rooms & also very good service with smiling staff. Breakfast was very good. Regarding staff all the staff would greet you always.

Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Nice room with good ambience and ventilation . Excellent location. Every thing was good except breakfast which was less than ordinary. The hotel needs to improve it's food quality and also the menu of breakfast.

Except the location everything was bad their service was not good washroom wasn’t clean. Food was not good and they took more than an hour to get check-in.

Worst checking experience, reached early morning ( since request was already piton for early chkin) the staff on duty was so careless that without a proper reply he made us wait for nearly 3 hrs just to check in toilets were stinking very less staff available

1st day we have checked in by late night and while night as was not cooling but once we have complaining at the morning they said we don’t have the room after 10 am they said we are shifting the room. 1st day they are not agreed there is a problem in ac then second day they have resolve the issue. So we were tired so slept without ac. It’s really bed experience and i would expect refund for one day stay. But it was the nice stay and prime location market and other stuffs was close to the hotel

Best hotel in panjim goa staff are very helpful. Just 1 km from majestic pride cassino and all-over cassino is here

Staff is not welcoming,we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the room,no dental,bath kit was provided even towels were not kept in the room.No in room service we had to roam here and there to get our breakfast as nearby cafés and restaurants were not open until 10:30AM.TV in room was not working due to no recharge had to call multiple times to reception to get basic things.
