Later, they found the remote and offered a refund, which I declined since the experience had already felt unpleasant. It’s not about ₹500 — it’s about how guests are treated.
For future visitors, I’d suggest requesting a list of in-room items with prices at check-in to avoid confusion or unfair charges later.
And to the resort — please don’t reply with sweet or manipulative words here. Genuine improvement is better than polished replies.
