It was wonderful and care takers over there was very polite and nice calm property and you can park your vehicle in front of your villa abd best thing they have baby chairs

Excellent Stay
Our stay was very pleasant. value for money place. Place is managed by a few very nice hardworking guys Suraj Naresh Deepak Tobu and their wives. They set up a BBQ and prepared our meals for us for the duration of our stay. the place has a really nice quite location and we had a nice staycation with our families Our stay was very pleasant. value for money place. The villa is beautiful and aesthetic. Location is perfect for a holiday. The rooms are spacious with good facilities. The pool is well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast prepared by the staff was good. Overall a good experience.

Excellent Stay
it's 3.5 km away from colva beach beautiful property, complete villa, can accommodate 10 persons,having 3 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen,4 bathrooms,nice terrace and beautiful swimming pool. All staffs are very cooperative, special thanks to Mr. Naresh,Suraj ,Tilu ,Mr. Dipak. Complementary breakfast was awesome. The property has all 3 star amenities and services. Oveall good experience. great place for family sta
family with 3 kidsIt was a great 2 night 3 day stay with family. The property is very well constructed and very well maintained by the staff here. The hospitality has been great and the breakfast prepared in the morning was very yummy. The hot parathas served with smiling face did a good kick start to the day. Overall great experience. Improvements - Wish we had a kids pool in the property. Also, some park area like swing or kids gym, table tennis board for kids would have been great to entertain kids while in the properly.

Excellent Stay
Excellent service and a great property located near majorda and colva beach. The two spacious rooms are beautifully designed and can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people each. The third room is slightly smaller but still comfortable for 2 adults. The interiors are well-done, adding to the overall comfort and charm of the stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to make the property more kid-friendly by reducing the gaps between the stair railings for added safety.

Excellent Stay
We, a group of 8 members went here to spend holiday in goa. The place is very nearer to colva, betelbam beaches. The bungalow we stayed is very neat, tidy and very comfortable to spend time. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is good. Recommended for families with kids. We thank the staff tila, kumari, pavitra, nu-ma for being helpful in our stay.

Good Stay
The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very diligent and sincere in meeting guest needs whether it was extra linen or dietary needs or arranging cabs etc. The common area in the tv room needed more sofas and more comfortable furniture to accommodate large groups since the villa allows for accommodation of 9 people. We did not have a place for everyone to sit together and spend time comfortably. Having such a space would have been great.

Location, food
Excellent quite location in south goa near colva beach and majorda ie sunset beach. Rooms are as good as shown in picture. Naresh caretaker can cook your meals gore 400 rs charge per meal and raw material expenses extra. These are row houses clean and hygienic
