100 yr old - heritage stay! good pleasant stay. They have an amazing space and a great heritage vibe. Great location. Peacefully situated near the coastal lane, but hidden by trees, the location is so ideal to enjoy a party vibe in the nearby casinos or a peaceful vibe in the pathway adjacent to the river. The only defect was, the bathroom was slightly smelly due to some reasons, which can be taken care of in future.

businessThe stay facility is value for money with 5 star services. The location is 5 -10 min to the beachfront. Also highly recommend this for business stays, if you prefer a heritage experience. The property was clean and well maintained. Request for early check in before you go. Request to have more veg options for breakfast.

We stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.

Terrific property with some drawbacks

familyThe property is magnificent for the most part. It's inside an old bungalow type house and the location is right on the main river bank road. There's a large park right next door which is useful. However, the pool is so small as to be nearly of no use and was regularly choked with leaves. The bathroom of our room showed a lot of water damage, perhaps due to the changed plumbing. If you aren't too interested in the pool and don't mind the damp patches in the bathroom, this place is well worth the money

This is a lovely heritage property but anointed with modern amnesties especially the bathroom. It is very next to a small park and oversees Mandovi river. It is very clean and breakfast is good. The staff are extremely helpful - they sorted out an early checkin, our taxi arrangement and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended

Stay was comfortable. The place has heritage appeal. Apart from the stay in hotel i liked the cam-pal garden opposite to hotel where i could enjoy the stroll in morning to chirping of birds while viewing the beautiful sight of mandovi meeting the sea. Food is also good and tasty ( limited choices.
