Nice & a memorable stay !
We loved staying at the hotel !! Nice views from the room . Food options are limited but quality is superb . Found each staff to be courteous & professional ... HK team up quick and efficient to turn around , F&B handled the high flow of guest well ... FO - Always welcoming to the kids ... some name I remember - Suraj & two Ladies at rest. Chef’s who took care of the kids special requests . Kudos to the entire staff !!

Excellent Stay
The stay was pleasant and fun. My kid enjoyed a lot and the food was awesome. With a lot of option for everyone. Taste was really good. Staff was very friendly and supporting. location was also at a walking distance from Calangute beach. I would love to visit again and stay.

Average stay described overall
Property is turning old. Rooms and internal amenities are in average condition. 1st day had to raise multiple complaints about toilet flush not working, safe locker not working, AC defrosting and room floor getting wet. After multiple complaints and follow ups they still did not resolve the issue. Later after strict escalation Mr Murali(Manager) pitched in and resolve some key problems. I am satisfied with some staff members like Mr. Manish as well took care of resolving things. But over all expect some hic ups. I checked out and did stay in Vagator IBIS for one day to eventually have good time finally.

Poor Stay
I have had better experience with IBIS in the past. This time, the food was ok, but the stay was below par for IBIS brand. Due to the long weekend, a premium was charged for the stay, but they could not keep up with basic services. They could not provide extra bed (on chargeable basis) and the room lock was on the verge of breaking.

Family stay
Stay at IBIS was very ordinary, room was small and even bathroom is too small. food options are very less and if you need anything you have to ask everything from them. The welcome drink if you need then you have to ask otherwise they won't provide. Overall stay was not at all pleasant. They have to add more varieties in Breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet.

Room was clean and good with nice balcony view . Bathroom Door handle was broken.Breakfast and meals were good. Dinner can be better as same dishes where served everyday

Not recommended
We booked the hotel 10 days ahead of time. Still, they did not give us an extra mattress for the Child age and other detailswere shared at the time of booking. We had to request them a lot. After which we got a mattress at twelve midnight. A night before check out we informed the reception about the packed breakfast, but while checking out in the morning the restaurant service mentioned they had no details about our packed breakfast. For the damage control hotel packed 2 sandwiches for 3 pax and some cut fruits dumped in a box which started leaking after a while. Very sorry state of affairs and a very bad experience.
