I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort. The room conditions were far below expectations – damp, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt unclean, and it made it difficult to relax or enjoy the stay. For the price and reputation, I expected much better standards. I would not recommend staying here unless the management makes serious improvements to their rooms and overall upkeep.

as shown in photos the room &furniture were 3rd class. furniture of the room is broken .in picture shown different but in reality rooms are not good. dinner& breakfast is good.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing and really helpful especially Mr. Rahul Singh, who helped a lot through checkin and dining. The property has very good access to the beach and has a river at the back which stands out from the rest. Greatly recommended for budget travelers looking for a resort stay with great vegetarian meal options.

Location is very calm and full of natural beauty.

I booked this resort through MMT after seeing some beautiful pictures online and at a seemingly reasonable price. Naturally, I had high expectations. While the outdoors and exterior of the resort were impressive, things took a sharp turn for the worse once I checked in. The room condition was terrible. The AC made a constant humming noise, and the interiors looked like those of a cheap lodge. The room wasn’t clean or well-maintained at all. I requested a room change, which the staff agreed to, but unfortunately, even after seeing multiple rooms (Standard, Deluxe, and Deluxe Suites), they were all in similarly dilapidated condition. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a pair of shirts in the first room. When I went back to retrieve them, they were missing. I repeatedly contacted housekeeping and the lost-and-found desk, but they simply denied having found anything. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Another misleading aspect was the WiFi. The listing on MMT claimed free WiFi, but it was only available in the lobby and reception area—not in the rooms, which was a letdown. In hindsight, trying to save a little money by booking this hotel turned out to be a regrettable decision. I would strongly advise against booking this resort. The reality is far from what's shown online.

Room was pathetic and staff were very rude. Worst experience. Don't go. In room you will find Ants, cockroaches, lizards everywhere. stay at your own risk

Food was good. Delay in service. Rooms were not cleaned up to the mark . I reached the hotel @ 11:30 am but as the room was not ready I had to wait till 12:30 pm. there were mosquitoes so why did I inform them they would get it cleared.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself does show its age — it’s evident that major renovations haven’t been carried out for quite some time (probably close to a decade). Some areas of the building and common spaces could definitely use an update to match modern aesthetics. That said, the deluxe room with balcony where I stayed was surprisingly comfortable and well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view from the balcony which made my mornings very relaxing. The staff here are courteous and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Service felt prompt and warm, which added a lot to the overall experience. A special mention for the food – it was excellent! Both quality and taste were impressive, and it was clear the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. However, the common washrooms for guests were not very hygienic and definitely need better upkeep and regular cleaning. This was the only major downside during my stay. Overall, despite the property feeling dated and the common washrooms needing attention, the combination of a good room, great staff, and delicious food made my stay a positive and memorable one. With some renovations and improved hygiene in shared facilities, this hotel could easily become a top-notch choice.

The resort is nice from outside only rooms were pathetic and the services are also not good there was a power cut thrice. pool was also not clean

there was such a great day to we all friends and the hotel was to clean and too nice to enjoy the breakfast and all there good service given by room incharge and all the facilities were unbelievable

Property location is so far from city. Service and enough mosquitos waiting for you. Service and front office give good service.

The hotel was not even worth for Rs 2500/- per night and they charge too high from me. Other colleges were stayed for Rs 2000 for same room
