This hotel is a disaster. Right from the start, the experience was full of lies, denial, and arrogance.
False Promises & Accusations: Before booking, I clearly asked if the room had a chain latch for safety (as I was traveling with my small child). The reservation team promised it would be provided. At check-in, the staff flatly denied it, accused me of lying, and only after I showed call history did they reluctantly admit I had called — but still refused to provide the latch. Being accused of lying by hotel staff is absolutely unacceptable.
Buffet Breakfast Mess: For two days, staff told us it was fine to take plates of food to the room for our sleeping child. On the third day, another staff member stopped me mid-way, rudely saying, “I don’t care who told you — it’s against the rules.” At checkout, the restaurant manager came out aggressive and argumentative instead of listening.
Terrible Attitude & Inconsistent Rules: Every staff member seems to have their own version of “rules,” which change day by day. Instead of hospitality, you get arrogance and blame.
This place does not understand basic respect or customer service. Guests are treated as liars, rules are invented on the spot, and management’s only response is to argue.
If you value honesty, respect, and peace of mind — avoid this hotel at all costs.
