Good location and service
It was a pleasant experience with breath taking view and the service was exceptional with the view of the sea

Excellent Stay
The staff at the Resort is their actual USP..very professional and caring Food was very good..specially whatever was ordered in the Room Good view from the Rooms and overall resort Staff was adequate Pool can be cleaner

Staff are friendly. The ambiance was very good. They played Bengali song for us , the pool area is very good

Room service was not available. It was inconvenient for old age parents to walk all the way to the restaurant for meals.

Good Stay
Hotel is at very good location , near to morzim beach. The staff right from the reception , room service and the restaurant are very polite and helpful. Food is very good , fresh and a variety. The hotel outdoor area is also very good with a lush green lawn and a big swimming pool. Will recommend friends for stay.

Excellent Stay
The resort is Ultimate. it is a brand new Property. I stayed with my family. my son liked the Garden a lot. Two no of Big Pools out there. however it was not operational but didn't bother me as I was more looking out for beaches. staff is extremely courteous. location is so nice that almost every room has a Sea View and Pool View or Forest View taste of the food is too good however this is little bit on an expensive side. location of the hotel is Superb.

businessThe hotel has a very positive vibe. The road approach is not that great but the moment you enter the hotel it is awesome. Rooms are excellent and i would rate this better than any 5 star in north goa. Food also is amazing and perfect spice level and very good taste.
