Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

firstly this hotel is in the mid centre of the city and I went to all beaches in Goa and Candolim It is the cleanest safest beach u have ever been to this hotel's hospitality is great and the staff is courteous and helpful they helped us in airport transfers the rooms are clean

this was our 2nd time. The stay was good, food was excellent with varieties, rooms were neat and clean with polite and helpful staff. The well maintained property with swimming pool and parking facility.

Pros: 1. Nice looking property with wonderful woodwork in the rooms and common areas. 2. Ample parking space for guest vehicles 3. Decent breakfast spread with live counters 4. Large balcony in all rooms, as far as I could tell. One can smoke there or dry their clothes after visit to the beach. Cons: 1. Poor service from front desk (reception). They talk in a disinterested tone. Not even a false smile on their faces. 2. WiFi connectivity was terrible. Complained thrice, but no improvement. No one bothered to check if the problem was resolved. We got tired and just used mobile data for our devices. 3. Inconvenient pool timings (8am - 7pm). Most folks are out till late evening and can't use the pool services unless they decide to sacrifice stepping out. 4. Not very close to the beach. You can't walk there, have to use a vehicle/cab.

staff are cheaters and tried to make money unethically. they hide my room key and then didn't provide me.

The property is good, the staff is good, the rooms feel like 3.5 out of 5, feels little oldish. Not modern like other properties i’ve visited. Also, not complaining here but, the breakfast feels the same everyday, only slight changes are being made.

We had a great experience at hotel. This is beautiful with excellent service and all facilities. We really enjoyed food and breakfast here which is actually reasonable and delicious compared to outside foods. Staff was courteous and helpful, helped with special food request for our kid.

Room, corridors, washrooms were filthy. Not recommended at all. Food was ok but overall experience was bad.

It’s was worst experience at hotel Acron candolim regina 1. Poor hospitality 2. ⁠tasteless food 3. ⁠overcharged 4. ⁠staff is very rude 5. ⁠Unattended Overall experience very bad.

Property needs maintenance. Water issues in rooms , you get warm water instead cold water. Bad smell near ellivators. Food is good but highly priced. Rooms are connected, so lots of disturbance from the people in neighbouring room .

Hotel is just 750 m away from beach so very easy access to beach and easy access to road which connect to beaches of candolim, calangute and baga. Hotel have very delicious food and good variety in breakfast. So overall a very pleasant stay at Hotel.

Almost nothing in the breakfast menu, we ordered masala tea on Tabel and waiter said that go and get from the tea station and then we ask them for coffee and they said that it’s chargeable !this is totally unacceptable if you are staying in a so called 4 star resort

Excellent stay, Variety of options in Breakfast and Dinner Buffet. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Close to the Candolim beach (800 meters walk to 1.7 Km via Car route). Will definitely visit again.

The property is located near to the Candolim beach. The rooms are clean and specious. Had a great experience sitting outside the dining area. Enjoyed the excellent service and the food. Definitely visit again.
