I dnt think this is somewhere relatable or coming from accurate experience. We sure have 3 suite rooms. Sir I dnt think you understand business sir. You booked through MMT and all the bills are issued directly to you through MMT on your mail. Also you booked for two pax and than when you checked in total 4 pax. Two adults and two kids of 6 years and 11 years. I made the one with 6 years complimentary for you and than the one with 10 years chargeable. There is nothing wrong in it. It’s pure business sir. Hotel is suppose to charge you for extra person also breakfast was complementary for you. Out hotel has high standards in cleaning so you know your lame review won’t make any sense to public. You don’t book with us next time it’s absolutely ok but you have no rights to post just anything coz we charged you for the legit ones. Also about the billing part you can share your email Id. We will share all the bills. All the hotels charge you for extra service. We made one kids stay complimentary. We made it complimentary not to buy review. It is every hotels rights to ask for review. And we made it complementary at the time of your check in. Thank You
