Terrible and worst experience, Owner don't try buying ratings with money
Booked suit+study room but there was no such room exists in the hotel. Don't understand why they called offered room a suit. Room services were horrible two star hotels will offer much better services. Hotel terms were like hostel terms. Cleaning was dam worst. Behaviour of staff was horrible, they don't understand and don't know what to do. Food was average and ambience was worst. Very limited food options available. Only thing I see as good was it's location. Owner: We can't buy everything with money, focus on services. Stop buying ratings with money if you provide services better, ratings will come automatically. Users: Bottom line better consider some other good options. Room price was no where matches services they offer. They even try charging again for already paid services so please check. Billing: They regret providing the bills not sure why? I always see question mark faces when I ask for a bill.

I dnt think this is somewhere relatable or coming from accurate experience. We sure have 3 suite rooms. Sir I dnt think you understand business sir. You booked through MMT and all the bills are issued directly to you through MMT on your mail. Also you booked for two pax and than when you checked in total 4 pax. Two adults and two kids of 6 years and 11 years. I made the one with 6 years complimentary for you and than the one with 10 years chargeable. There is nothing wrong in it. It’s pure business sir. Hotel is suppose to charge you for extra person also breakfast was complementary for you. Out hotel has high standards in cleaning so you know your lame review won’t make any sense to public. You don’t book with us next time it’s absolutely ok but you have no rights to post just anything coz we charged you for the legit ones. Also about the billing part you can share your email Id. We will share all the bills. All the hotels charge you for extra service. We made one kids stay complimentary. We made it complimentary not to buy review. It is every hotels rights to ask for review. And we made it complementary at the time of your check in. Thank You
