We reached at night as we landed late . No milk available at first, as we were with kids . So if alcohol can be served - milk must be there for little kids.

Good Stay

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was good too. Room size is mentioned as 330 sft but looks smaller in size. We can use only 2 devices using hotel wifi and need to ask at reception for extra usage of devices and they will provide a different password for it. Overall a good stay.

Room was average, and there was some bad odour. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Very basic for rs 450- per person. Staff overlooking the breakfast was not polite. No thanks

We stayed here for 3 days, this hotel is so so amazing. All the staff welcoming you everyday with good smile. Super supportive staff, clean pool, spacious room, comfy beds and rooms are very quiet. all things are perfect in this stay. Location of this hotel is also very good, you can do a night walks easily, bars and flees at very minimal distance. I can say this is a very good stay.

Overall experience is very good. All staff including front desk, house keeping and restaurant team are very cooperative, humble and address your requests and try to fulfil them. Rooms are well organised. Toilet and bath areas are neat and clean. Enough space for luggage and storage during stay. Staying at De Mandarin was excellent. All staff from the front desk, house keeping, restaurant, kitchen, supporting staff was well trained and humble. They gave satisfactory service during my stay.
