The stay was excellent. Rooms were clean. I had visited with my family. It's was amazing. I loved the Premium Balcony Room. It was spacious special during morning and monsoon time. Hotel was good,and the service also. Receptionist they are very smart somehow they will convince you to shift to Suit room. Suit rooms are the best they are spacious as compare to others, food quality is also good, restaurant staff is very helpful and polite.Hotel is convenient in all hotspot areas.Easy to reach.

Poor Stay
Very bad, there were so many mosquitoes in the room. Not a pleasant stay.

Goa hotel
familyOverall good experience, rooms description could be explained better. Because i booked a executive suite thinking it could be comfortable for a family of 4, but it was not, had to shift to lower category room which was a junior family room which had a sofa cum bed and it was a relief. Food at the hotel was really good.

Its a peaceful l place where you can enjoy your vacations
The staff was good and location of the hotel at near by beach, if you want to enjoy with your family or friends its a good place to visit.

Nice property. Location of the hotel is also good. All the main spots of calangute are nearby. Rooms are clean. Staff is also polite. Now coming to food, i just had a breakfast and it was really good.

Excellent Stay
We had a great experience when we entered the hotel reception. They served us a welcome drink. Receptionists were polite and supportive. The ambience was great and a very pleasant fragrance in our hotel rooms. The mountain facing pool gave us the best swimming experience. There are plentiful things to praise this 4 star hotel indeed. Better you guys check in there and experience yourself.

Whatever we book room through mm t but received different, they provide as per availability. And room is not cleaned and breakfast option is totally blind taste just like as a baby food

Not recommended
Other then the people in the reception no one seems like a hotel professional in the entire property. If your going out of the hotel for work with a handbag, the security stops u and asks u if your checking out and if we say no, he will re-verify by calling the front desk manager. Humiliating right ? doesnt end here. Breakfast i order for a dosa(indian pan cake) he said it will take time as the pan is heating up, after 20 minutes i get a cold dosa. Still the pain doesnt end. There is no accompaniment of sambar or chutney along with it. When i tell them this they said they are getting it. But again after 5-7 minutes i need to remind them again that they didnt get the accompaniments. And by the time it comes. U aint hungry anymore. Room service never picks calls. Housekeeping not upto mark. Other then the check in experience its a complete no go property.

Food wise and room service is not satisfactory, inside dal there were stones pane-er cooked badly. Wi fi is ok ok. Even for simple coffee machine kept during the breakfast time is chargeable. Room is kept clean but too small room

familyIt’s just the name and they don’t have a hood service at all there is even no lift in the premises and no doorbell every-time ypu have to knock the door no proper toiletries given in the room overall it was not at all a good one i would have booked more great hotel in the same cost
