I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the location was misrepresented. The hotel claims to be in Miramar, but in reality, it is in caranzalem which is far. The surrounding area is inconvenient , which was a huge letdown.
Another major issue was the bad guest experience. At the time of checkin, receptionist informed us that the kitchen will take last order at 10.30 pm and on the same day we tried to order food at 10.20 pm and they denied our request mentioning the kitchen closed at 10 pm. Hence we Ordered food from zomato. When I requested cutlery, I was told that they couldn’t provide any, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. It made it difficult to enjoy meals and was a clear indication of poor service.
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting, making it impossible to stay connected. As someone who relies on the internet for work, this was a significant inconvenience. The wifi got disconnected before the checkout time.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Thelack of basic amenities, and unreliable Wi-Fi made my experience far from pleasant. I suggest looking for alternatives if you want a hassle-free stay.
