    Third class Service good for nothing no welcome drink and there is no arraignment for hi tea staff is unprofessional 😣 I had a very disappointing experience at The Fern Residency in Goa. While the property is clean and the staff at the housekeeping level is attentive, 1. Front Desk Staff: I was very disappointed with the front desk staff as they seemed to lack basic communication skills. 2. Room Service: The room service was very poor and did not meet expectations. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite subpar, described as third-class. The potatoes in the dosa were old and cold, which was quite off-putting. 4. Overall Experience: The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.

    The location is central, the staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. If you are travelling advisable to carry your wifi dongle. In two days I stayed there, wifi just kept dropping. Food is average.

    There was power failure and it took more than 1 hour for the power to be restored. Even with generator backup the power could not be restored soon and finally after a technician turned up then he could get the power restored. The room was not cleaned up even after i left early morning after signing the paper that they could clean the room in my absence, it was not cleaned till evening 6.30pm. And after I came back got it cleaned

    Terrible Experience – Location Falsification, Poor Service

    I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the location was misrepresented. The hotel claims to be in Miramar, but in reality, it is in caranzalem which is far. The surrounding area is inconvenient , which was a huge letdown. Another major issue was the bad guest experience. At the time of checkin, receptionist informed us that the kitchen will take last order at 10.30 pm and on the same day we tried to order food at 10.20 pm and they denied our request mentioning the kitchen closed at 10 pm. Hence we Ordered food from zomato. When I requested cutlery, I was told that they couldn’t provide any, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. It made it difficult to enjoy meals and was a clear indication of poor service. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting, making it impossible to stay connected. As someone who relies on the internet for work, this was a significant inconvenience. The wifi got disconnected before the checkout time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Thelack of basic amenities, and unreliable Wi-Fi made my experience far from pleasant. I suggest looking for alternatives if you want a hassle-free stay.

    Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were supposed to receive a welcome drink, but we had to remind the reception staff ourselves before they arranged it. Additionally, our dinner experience was far from satisfactory. It took 45 minutes for a simple vegetarian order to arrive, and when it finally did, it was undercooked. We expected much better service and quality from a reputed brand like Fern.

    Short size rooms compared with pricing. In house kitchen food is tasteless. If you carry outside food, no cutlery will be provided. Simply they will say no. No good restaurants near by. In short, avoid this hotel. Many more good options are there in same prices.

    Very bad experience i had. I had booked for one night with breakfast. The next morning my feet was swollen and i could not walk. When i requested them that can you get any 1 item from the breakfast buffet and send it to the room. They very rudely said we dont and cant do that. Either you come down or leave it. So i had paid for my breakfast but never got to eat one. While checking out also i highlighted the same but the response was very casual like oh we will see. No sorry nothing no offering something to pack and take no offering of refund absolutely nothing.

    Although i booked this hotel by mistake, i quite liked the services. Gautami, varsha and samir from the front desk were amazing hosts, shaan from f&b service helped me to pick the right options from the menu. Quite a comfortable stay.
