Extremely Disappointing Experience — Rude Staff and unfair charges I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. I originally booked the room for one adult for three nights and four days, as my husband’s plans were not confirmed at that time. Later, when my husband joined me, the hotel suddenly charged an extra ₹1000 per day, even though there was no mention of such a charge in their policy at the time of booking. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff, , who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He misbehaved with us, asked us to cancel our booking, and forcefully insisted that we pay the extra amount on the very first day of our stay. Also the rooms are VERY SMALL, the washrooms are extremely dirty and smelly with cockroaches The beds stink Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The management needs to learn how to treat guests with respect and follow clear, transparent policies. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very poor location and poor service rooms are very small and not up to the shown in app

The rooms were small as compared to the photos and they purposely gave us the small room before inspite of booking larger room and the washroom were also not clean enough

Facilities were not so spacious as shown in the Pictures, in actual rooms not having much space. Overall it was an average stay experience.

Breakfast not provided they mentioned you are not in list where it’s mentioned breakfast is complimentary

The property was very clean and also very pretty on a quiet secluded street their breakfast was also very tasty staff was very polite and there is a good rental for scooter and car present at the hotel itself overall experience was excellent

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The room was not clean — I found insects and even cockroaches crawling around. The linens were stained and clearly not fresh, which is completely unhygienic and shocking for a hotel. I expected basic cleanliness, and this was far from it. Definitely not recommending this place until they seriously improve their hygiene standards.

The accommodation resembled more of an apartment than a traditional hotel. While the entrance appeared somewhat modest, the overall property was impressive once inside.

overall the property is good...staff is really nice...however when it comes to bed or blankets or bedsheets they not really clean... additionally they gave me small bed ...if u staying there please check the bed size...this is my second time here...it's safe and peaceful..rooms are nice... breakfast is good.

I paid 4k per day but it wasn't worth it.... Room size mentioned on MMT was 250sqft but actual size was not even 100sqft.. Man on the reception wasn't cooperative at all... after calling and complaining about it to MMT, they shifted us to a little bigger room that was barely 150sqft.. Room corners, basin areas were dirty.. they don't even have a cupboard in the room.. they have provided metal shelves which have no door... even the locker is kept in the open.. anyone can easily take it away.. Breakfast had only 2 options eggs and some veg option of the day... which they serve in a shed on the backside of the hotel (parking converted in to pantry)... Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay...A big Nooo

The room was having a smoke smell. And it's not that clean and tidy.

Staff behaviour is pathetic. Room are too cozy. Service is zero. Staff are talking too rudely.
