Pay at Checkout

    I stayed in Hotel Casabela in the month of December 2016. It was my holiday trip with family. My travel destination was average. My hotel location was very good because of transportation facility. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. The staff at the reception was very good because of 24/7 availability. I booked my room direct at hotel. The services which were provided in the hotel were good with quick response. Rooms which we stayed in were good with facilities and hygiene. The food which was served in the hotel was good, we can have a large menu of items.

    At first impression, the hotel is welcoming and really great! The rooms are clean and, it's great. By cons, with respect to services, it's really bad. We often lacked electricity and internet never worked. Then, when it came to call a taxi, the hotel is suited with knowledge and making us pay triple the price. He tried to charge us all, invoices errors! So pay attention! We also ran out of water very often and our lunch was never correct. There was always errors in the ordered dishes! Finally, the air conditioning worked only half the time! So nice hotel but that's it!
