The property is very well located on baga beach. It's 2 min walk. Lot of eating places /shacks are on the beach. The beach becomes even more lively in the evenings. Rooms are small but clean. Pool is also well maintained. Property is small but nice. Breakfast is delicious.

While the property has direct access to the beach, the path is dirty and smelly. Entry to the property is also not clean and very narrow. Breakfast was good, however room service also needed improvement.

Average Stay
The stay was good , location if you travel fron the streets in towards the end of the, but yes closer to the beach, behind the billionaire club. Hospitality was great by the hosts and manager , also the staffs. The hotel is kept clean. The lunch we ordered was also good , so food quality was good too. Overall 3.5-4 we can rate . Its good for family or friends .

Good Stay
Nice location near the beach and near market.The property has planned very nice as per topography . Food is also good but only the Tataplay is not recharged and missed the news. Rest ok.

A Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay* I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kimya by the Sea for 3 nights, and I must say that it was an excellent experience. *Cleanliness and Amenities* The hotel room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a,swimming pool, and restaurant, which I found to be convenient and enjoyable. *Service* The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. *Location* The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the sea and it was sea view. It was easy to get around, and the hotel staff were happy to provide recommendations and assistance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, service, and location. Need improvement, if the charges are high!
I recently stayed at The Kimaya – by the Sea Goa, and while the overall experience was average, there were a few areas that need significant improvement. The property’s location by the sea is undoubtedly its highlight, offering pleasant views and a serene ambiance. However, during my stay, I found that the food hygiene standards were below expectations, which was concerning given the reputation of the establishment. Additionally, the room maintenance left much to be desired, with noticeable lapses in cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, while the stay was neither exceptional nor terrible, these issues regarding food safety and room maintenance detracted from what could have been a much more satisfying experience. I hope the management takes prompt steps to address these concerns, as improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the overall quality of the guest experience.

Right on the bagha beach. Easy to reach. Good ambience, very good service both in rooms and at restaurant. Good food. Pooja, pushpa gave excellent service at restaurant and toukit mondale was good in room service.

Much costlier than it should be
familyPositives - location, pool, staff behavior, room service. Negatives - basic stuff missing like no rack for shampoo/soap in bathroom. Fudgy furniture without polish, leaking basin, bathroom door not getting locked and no door stopper in any door. Many food items mentioned in the menu not available.

Poor staff and poor breakfa
So the price difference is too much, within an hour the price dropped. We wanted an upgrade in the room as i chose the wrong room while booking. Firstly there was no room change option and second thing is the staff of kimaya charged 1. 5k more for the upgrade even though the price of the room at that time was less than 2k whatever i had paid initially. The rooms and facilities are not worth the price. The breakfast variety was also less and the taste was also not up to the mark. Only 1-2 dishes were good, other's were pretty average.

familySmall, well maintained resort on the happening stretch of baga beach. Cleanliness very good. Room service is good, but place your order well in advance, as it takes half hour. Buffet breakfast is small, but tasty. Overall food is tasty
