Very nice food and courteous staff. Location next to the beach. Approach road is slightly narrow. Overall a very pleasant stay

The property was well maintained and food was tasty. It has direct access to Baga beach and is really convenient for people who want to spend partying till late night (the reason why you go to Goa 😀). Just felt little overpriced for the resort and it’s amenities but the price is justifiably due to its access to the beach.

Room was clean and hygienic and food was also good. Dining and cooking area hygiene needs to be improved. The path way to the beach via Billionaire club is stinking and untidy. That needs to maintained well. Due to construction work, there was a problem with the parking. Apart from these the stay was good

We had a wonderful stay at The Kimaya - by the sea Goa! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. What touched us the most was their thoughtful gesture of preparing special food for our 11-month-old baby — it truly made our stay stress-free and memorable. The hospitality here goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Goa!

The property is very well located on baga beach. It's 2 min walk. Lot of eating places /shacks are on the beach. The beach becomes even more lively in the evenings. Rooms are small but clean. Pool is also well maintained. Property is small but nice. Breakfast is delicious.

While the property has direct access to the beach, the path is dirty and smelly. Entry to the property is also not clean and very narrow. Breakfast was good, however room service also needed improvement.

The stay was good , location if you travel fron the streets in towards the end of the, but yes closer to the beach, behind the billionaire club. Hospitality was great by the hosts and manager , also the staffs. The hotel is kept clean. The lunch we ordered was also good , so food quality was good too. Overall 3.5-4 we can rate . Its good for family or friends .

Nice location near the beach and near market.The property has planned very nice as per topography . Food is also good but only the Tataplay is not recharged and missed the news. Rest ok.

It was easy to get around, and the hotel staff were happy to provide recommendations and assistance. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. However, during my stay, I found that the food hygiene standards were below expectations, which was concerning given the reputation of the establishment. Additionally, the room maintenance left much to be desired, with noticeable lapses in cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, while the stay was neither exceptional nor terrible, these issues regarding food safety and room maintenance detracted from what could have been a much more satisfying experience. I hope the management takes prompt steps to address these concerns, as improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the overall quality of the guest experience.

Right on the bagha beach. Easy to reach. Good ambience, very good service both in rooms and at restaurant. Good food. Pooja, pushpa gave excellent service at restaurant and toukit mondale was good in room service.
