NICE PROPERTY, POOL, spacious rooms, ample parking KITCHEN HAD everything induction, oven, fridge etc.... and utensils, (we got cleaned utensils) Both room had AC, Only people was tap pipe got leakage and when we came back, house was full of water and again leaked till we found

Terrible Stay
i told the hotel for early checkin like 11 am and they had a room but they said it is chargeable. above that no helping hands with bags we have carried alone and the staff was watching us

Excellent Stay
We were 5 members in this apartment at Candolim. The stay was good..staff behaviour was too polite and helpful. Even the service also nice.. breakfast food was tasty..Thank you so much 🙏🙏

Terrible Stay
when family travelling idea being all members wants to stay together , when I mentioned guest number as 5 hotel as to clearly mention that we don't have 2bhk , instead they recieved guest and later giving two seperate rooms which is as equal as booking two different room in a hotel .. inspite of spending 5k so terrible to adjust such a unacceptable situation

However, as per the booking details and the voucher you received, it was clearly mentioned that the reservation included 2 separate rooms and not a 2BHK apartment. We do our best to ensure all booking information is transparent so that guests are fully informed before arrival.
Good Stay
The rooms were well furnished, clean and pool was also clean. Only the cafe was / even tea/coffee was not available there so we had to arrange it ourself. But other than that the staff, rooms, pool everything was superb, cozy and beautiful

Good location but poor room
The location and overall property were nice, but the room service was disappointing. We had requested cleaning and basic service, but it was never done despite multiple reminders. Staff were polite but slow to respond. Could be a much better experience with improved service.

Average Stay
I was staying here for 3 days with my family with small kid, staff is really good. Hotel is also very clean and maintained rooms. but the front-end reception person, may be he is the manager, who is with white beard, I don't remember his name, his attitude was like is he is doing some favor for me, when ever I request something he never respond back. I don't like his attitude, The property is quite far, but the hotel is good.

money saver and safe Apartment

Maintenance required to keep theapartment clean and hygienic
Property is having good infrastructure but at the same time maintenance was need as the property was not that clean and the most importantly washroom was having stained seats which was not making guest feel comfortable and not that hygienic. Just a suggestion please change the seat covers if possible and to maintain the apartments please clean the apartment deeply when it requires.
