Hotel is good, view is awesome, but don't have range of food, not much options for Goan Cuisine, Staff is impressive

We booked 2 rooms. We have tv only in one room though we booked with tv in other room. Hot water was not available in other room. Hinges and door locks not working properly of bathroom and main door.

It was a wonderful stay we were there with family and my youngest daughter 2.5 years old they gave special food for her it was out of the menu and they dint charge for the baby food also we would request the hotel management to increase the timing of the swimming pool in late evening also so that once people come from out side they can spend some good time at the pool

Ugh, we only stayed there for a day, which was a bummer. The place is right on Ashwem beach, and it was awesome. We had a really good time there. It looks like a European-style building. It was a great time with the family and the kids. The place is super kid- and family-friendly. It's really clean and big, and the pool is spotless - the kids loved it. But, there's a catch: the bigger rooms are away from the beach, but they're gorgeous and pricey. The rooms near the beach are smaller but cheaper. A road separates them. The hotel didn't mention that anywhere. Both sides have pools, and one faces the sea. Overall, it was a great, peaceful stay. I totally recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at Dallas Resort in Goa! The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Great value for money—would definitely recommend!

Hotel is good. Spacious rooms and balcony. Service should be better. Food tastes good but portion is a little less.

The rooms were clean, all amenities provided and the response from reception was quick incase anything was needed. The ambience was worth living there, plus access to the private beach was the plus point.

Resort location is very good coordination is poor between restaurants and the reception office making it a repetition job on food services in the package dining hall in the ground floor restaurant is poorly lead during the daytime food is good iron railing and staircase handles everywhere lead to be invented and painted properly and sharp edges have to be mandared otherwise their could be somebody getting hurt the staff at reception needs proper training as they are mildly cordial

Location is good but the service was really bad. The intercom didn't work and it made it impossible to reach the reception or housekeeping since it was raining heavily and we couldn't step out. Cleanliness was also not good.

Proper is good room is very neat and clean, but two restaurant is there to hotel. Is there with the same name? Some confusion is there so which axis only for other Hotel this one

we asked for early check in. Despite the reminder, we were asked to wait and we ended up getting a bedroom with a queen size bed as there they didn't have any option. no welcome drinks.. so much delay. low lights and delay and Denial in cafeteria services

Stay was really good.. Only found the staffs are bit slow with their services rest all look really good. Breakfast was amazing and of course the break taking view. Overall big thumps up !!

It wasn’t even close to being 10% of what was shown in the pictures! Very dissapointed with the whole experience

The hotel has good rooms with nice views, but the service is very disappointing. If you request something to be sent to your room, they don’t fulfill it on time – sometimes it takes hours. Definitely needs improvement in service quality.

The stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the images shown. The staff was unprofessional and did not show respect or concern towards customers – for every issue we had to personally follow up. There was no proper check on room facilities, and overall service was very poor. The swimming pool was suddenly out of order. Room floor tiles were broken and unsafe. The AC stopped working during the stay. Most guests were facing issues and complaining, yet staff showed no care. Even the complementary services mentioned were not provided, nor did anyone bother to ask or arrange them. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a stay, and I sincerely hope proper action is taken to improve both facilities and customer service.
