Review Of Vilmaris Luxe Hotel, Calangute

Stay was near to calangute beach.  Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a convenient location. Cleanliness of the rooms and common area was ood.

Location is good Increase more breakfast items, Pool is small but good,also night security is not good,dogs come in property anytime

Staying here was just very luxurious with good food and budget friendly rate for drinks location is also very near to both the beach

Cons: Incorrect Location : The hotel’s is misleading. It claims to be just 0.6 km from Calangute Beach, but that’s far from accurate. The same issue exists with other locations. Lack of Basic Facilities & Poor Service: Despite being a newly built hotel, it lacks essential amenities. There is minimal staff, slow WiFi, and several listed facilities are missing. Overpriced & Overrated: The hotel charges a premium price but does not deliver a premium experience. The high ratings seem unjustified. No Basic Amenities Provided: Essentials like room slippers, toothbrush, comb, and even a hair dryer are not provided by default. Additionally, there are no services available between 11 PM and 9 AM. Poor Customer Responsiveness: When I provided feedback about the missing amenities, the staff responded that everything—including a hair dryer—is only available upon request, which should have been mentioned upfront. Unpleasant Welcome Drink: The complimentary welcome drink was of poor quality and not enjoyable. Room Size Misrepresentation: While the rooms are clean and new, they are much smaller than advertised. The listing claims 1076 sq. ft (100 sq. mt), but that’s far from reality. No Flexibility for Guests: Despite staying for 6 nights, I requested a late checkout of just 2-3 hours, but they insisted on extra payment, even though multiple rooms were vacant. Pros: Newly Built Property: The hotel is clean and modern, as it is newly constructed. Decent Interior Design: The rooms have a stylish look and well-maintained decor.

Bad experience, horrible stay. 1st room had faulty AC and fridge. 2nd allocated after 2 hours of hell, one of the reading lamp near the bed faulty had to take the bulb you couldn’t switch it off, the fan faulty .the most important point the door can be opened without the key card. I realised after a day I came from breakfast I could open without the key card... i have showed all video with the reception hope they work in it.

10/10 everything is excellent

wrong information provided by the hotels ,it's almost 4km distance from beach. .Room services are very poor, for normal cleaning need to call 4-5 times to reception, even they don't provide basic things like Room Slippers. there are no service available after 11pm to 9Am .
