The accommodation was good as well as the place. Has to order lunch and dinner from out as there was no cook. Breakfast was available but limited. Place requires maintenance. The staff were ok ok .

lovely stay
It was really nice, my children loved the cottage. Breakfast is good as well.

Good stay, but relatively small roo
It was good experience in the hotel. Overall area is less with couple of cottages. Additional bed was not up to the mark. Staff was good and prompt in attending needs. There was much space in the room. Restroom was spacious and outside seating was good.

familyProperty is in the middle and surrounded by the Nerul river , the overall amenities were ok but vegetarian food is average what we have ordered. There was a power cut in the night and it took some time to get the power back up on .

familyPros: property is located in a peaceful area away from city. Staff is good in terms of service and response. Restaurant area is nice facing the river. Food is good. Cons: very few option in food and there was no fish available during our stay. Breakfast starts at 8. 30 am strictly and is made according to the order, which is slow process and takes at least one hour of time. No breakfast is provided for early check outs. Overall average stay for the price paid ~ 6k.

Good Stay
The stay was very good. The staff is friendly. The waterflow was quite fast which filled the bathtub very fast. The view is awesome of the riverside specially during high tide. A little privacy for the pool is needed as you can see the whole parking area.
