Average.Not worth the rates
Property is so so and staff could be more proactive . Had requested reception twice to communicate to the kitchen staff that we have an early flight so arrange something for breakfast a few minutes before their scheduled time but the kitchen staff was never informed from their side.

Terrible Stay
We recently stayed at this hotel , but the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no variety, and the drinking water was not good. We even found some ants and small particles in it, which is unhygienic and unsafe, especially for kids. Needs a lot of improvement.

worst experience, pool was not working which was not informed, then they gave a room upgrade where the AC was not working, then they gave another room with bath tub where the tub got jammed, IF YOUR HOTEL IS UNDER MAINTAINANCE, SHUT IT AND OPEN WHEN IT'S PROPERLY DONE, Don't waste someone's hard earned money

5 Nights in the cusp of budget comfort.
Located just opposite the Candolim Football Ground, Silver Sands Serenity provided excellent stay, prompt & courteous services besides sumptuous spread of b/fast. Reception and Housekeeping very polite and upto the mark.

Terrible Stay
Hotel was not clean, their lift stinks. We asked them to arranged paid drop off to airport to which they said yes for rs. 1800 but on the date to checkout they told they their driver is not available and they dont know who confirmed us, they dont even know who was available on their desk when we confirmed for cab. Overall a very bad experience

Pathetic stay at silver sand serenity hotel and hotel is very far from the sea and we can't see any sea from the hotel though they have posted a video. Secondly their staff is impolite and unsupportive

Spoil your mood by booking this hotel
family with 2 kidsThey are doing scam as the images which they show is completely different from the reality. The sea is not visible from the hotel and you have to travel to go the sea. The bathroom is too small though I have taken the superior room. The buffet at breakfast is also not good. At the current price lots of better hotels are available.

Very good hotel in goa.
The hotel is very good. Staff is too polite and supportive. Rooms are species and clean. 24x7 staff is available even we enter in hotel at midnight they are attending us with nice gesture.

Good Stay
Hotel has few four to five rooms with separate beds. The lower floors have a nice view of a courtyard. The rooftop infinity pool has great hygiene and sunset views of the football field and the ocean.

Average Stay
family with 2 kidsThis property has two sides. One will be default allocated to you. This side rooms will be smelling, suffocating and you will regret booking this so called resort. They know this issue, but they will act as if rooms are good and staff will be always ready to spray room freshener. We had to complain and demanded to change the room. We had been shown similar rooms on another floor on the same side. Same story, same paint smell, feeling suffocating. They finally allocated better room and we feel like what if we had agreed to older rooms. This new room which were facing reception side were really good otherwise I would have called MMT to cancel the hotel itself and fill a case. Another issue is with the breakfast. Firsr day reached early almost at the breakfast time, so thought of having breakfast in the hotel as check in time was 2pm. Just for papad like paratha, subji and omelette in their breakfast buffet, they charged 500 per head. Daily complimentary breakfast didn't had much choice. Only one item in menu. I think, they didn't do any peer hotel study to improve on breakfast side. Location and newly allocated room were food. That's it. Not sure why they call it resort.

Excellent Stay

I would recommend the hotel stay
