Miramar Residency

The property's location, food and services were good. Though, the cottage was quite big but cleanliness was not upto the mark. The only balcony which was a view point for us was very dirty. Similarly, the cupboard in the toilet was very scary as it was not maintained since last many years. It needs immediate cleaning and painting/polishing. Also, the tiles in the toilet needs to be cleaned replaced. Please do the needful at the earliest and make the cottage more comfortable and safe for the tourists like me.

Very badly maintained place, typical of government run places. Rather it seems to be an abandoned place.

Good food, attendants were cooperative. Furniture quality needs improvement facilities such as intercom, basic consumables should be made available.

The location is good. Amenities are fine. Food is expensive in the campus. Cleanliness is only average. The maintainence of such good property and spacious campus is poor. It has to be painted, cleaned and made attractive for people to stay there.

Its has lost its charm, poor maintenance. Washroomsand surroundings are not properly maintained.

Room was good, swimming pool needs maintenance as water was not very clean, restaurant facility is available miramar beach is accessible from the hotel. Prices are on the higher side.

I stayed in miramar residency. It was a very nice resort near marriott hotel. Sea beach was just behind it. There was dinner in open garden with music. It was a very cozy atmosphere. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Though property is little old, need to maintain the lawns and grass. Overall it was a nice place to stay with family

Excellent location & great price for budget stay. Basic linen and sheets were clean. However, the room was dirty with many cobwebs and upkeep is very poor.

Location is good. Constuction of the deluxe room of the cottages are old and not maintained properly more years. Property is owned by government that all drawbacks, and laisy can find out there every movement. Very poor. Disappointed. Bad smell. Not clean ugly furnitures.

Location is good. Walking distance from the beach. Service is polite. However, the property is pretty old around 25+ years may be. It's not maintained. The rooms smell. The toilet stink. Room is specious however it's not fresh. The only positive about this hotel is it is budget friendly. Not recommended otherwise.

Extremely out of date hotel unfortunately. Imagine, they couldnt even arrange for a mineral water bottle! they dont have any bottles in stock at all - everything is from a restaurant nearby. Water included. And the amenities - way too outdated and of below average quality

Ac not working, bathroom taps legkages, bed not made for 3 days, television not working. Attached restaurant is very unhygienic
