Hotel is very very worst room was not clean bad room

Not recommended for family stay, good location

It is below average, just a place if you want to keep your bags and spend time in the casino. Nothing great.

How can mm t show 3 star rating for such place. It should be 1 star

No soaps, no towels, ugly sheets, and very bad cleanness. I will never book this hotel in the future. Better tell them to change theirs. Name to cockroaches instead of liberty.

It was really a bad experience staying in Hotel Liberty as very bad rooms and poor service

Booked this hotel because of the location but our experience was horrible, no proper wardrobes, room, and the bed was stinking like drainage, no light in the bathroom, they have not provided towels at first, total waste, not clean.

Just stayed for one night, not satisfied.
TV in a room was not proper, find some small cockroaches in room, rooms were not value for money. Will not stay in this hotel next time.

We booked through MakeMyTrip. When we reach the hotel they said rooms are full so you find another hotel. We said it is not possible. After two hours they give a room.
No towel and soap. No bedsheet. Room hight is uneven.

Garbage in the pit outside window including condoms and other stray trash. Was given AC room sans the AC operating and was practically suffocating experience with no fresh air. Bedbugs a common problem on day 2 and yet 4 more days to go. Bathroom clean, rooms clean. Staff humane. Main problem is bugs and mosquito. Linens are OK. Average experience till now. Will request them to take care of bugs at least for remaining stay.

The hotel staff is not at all professional. Rooms are not good and beds are not worth sleeping. If you have prior booking the hotel staff will try to give you worst possible rooms, as you have already paid the amount. Overall i am not at all satisfied with Hotel Liberty.

The hotel was stinking the bed sheets were torn and unwashed, toilet broken and cockroaches all over. I did book the hotel for 3 nights but we left with one night stay

It was a nice experience with hotel Liberty. Since we reached Goa at 1 o night and then also the hotel management was ready to receive us. The room was clean and tidy. Service was also good. Behaviour of service man was really appreaciable. They help us in many ways. Whatever we need they helped us. I will really recommend this hotel to others also.

Very non responsive staff, dirty room, no continue hot water, broken tap in bathroom, fail to maintain hygiene in room as well as bathroom, forcing client to go for non AC room even if they have paid for AC

Good service and reasonable rate but cleanliness should improve. Found bedbugs in my room. Got it changed midnight.

Hotel lobby is far better than rooms. AC needs complete maintenance. My personal opinion is hotel should shut down and do changes in room, since whole room are full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Not a pleasant sight to sleep also

Rooms where ugly as! Worst experience ever. Just never go there. Waste of money. No Comfort. Stinky Rooms. Annoying Staff. They always keep Shouting and teasing each other. Their voice is on very high level which comes inside the room.

Location was Good, but room is not nearly maintained. There too much insects in the room. You can't sleep they are moving everywhere in the room, in your cloths, in your food in everything. The hotel location was Good but hotel cleanliness was not good. I mean on Vacation after paying of such a huge money if you found this then it's feel bad. After all I have to paid earlier for room hence I have to take the room. So next time I will try other options for bookings.

Located on a pedestrian or walking street along the market in the Panjim city. The hotel is an old building(not very old) but well-renovated. We requested for an early check-in, it was not approved, we request for a late check-out, it was not approved also. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. Our booking not included a Breakfast. I think there is not breakfast included booking. But the ground flour we can find a bar attached hotel and the food is very good. The room felicities are average ( not very good or very bad). Hot water is coming but the temperature is always low unless at the mid night.
