Clean rooms, utmost caring caretaker who took care of our every needs. Thanks to the owner and the caretaker for good hospitality.. We felt homely in this cute little room... Just one con is the rooms are too small if the couple is staying with children. Else the service is good

We booked threw rooms here as a family of six traveling together and we pretty much could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, had all basic amenities the rooms were cozy, had good wifi and smart tv; so if you wanted to stay in and enjoy the room you could do that too. The villa is close to the main road so getting out was no issue but also tucked in enough that you don't hear any traffic, it has greenery all around. The caretaker was nice to talk to and we had zero issue throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

My stay at franria villa was very good. It is near to calangute and candolim beaches. Market is just 2 mins drive away. Villa is in a very calm and quite place. Especially caretaker Rabin he is very helpful and approachabe 24hrs. My family loves the rooms and aura of villa.

villa is in a prime location and located very near to famous beaches Calangute, condolium and baga beaches. coming to guest house, it's well mainted with spacious rooms and with included all amenities.
