there is a renovation going that too beside our next room.. waste was there and irritating machine sounds..

Spacious, lavish, great room service and walkable distance from calangute beach. Loved this stay. Worth for bunch of friends.

The hotel located in prime area. Convenient to beach and markets. Hotel atmosphere is good. Pool maintained well. However room to be well maintained. Found some cokroches inside the room

Good rooms, supportive staff but areas to improve on cleanliness and swimming pool cleaning. They don't have their own restaurant, but a good location to order on Swiggy/Zomato for quick food delivery.

We took the 2. 5 bhk room, but unfortunately our experience was not that great. 1) there were cockroaches in the bedrooms, dining hall, fridge all over the room but luckily he changed the room instantly in 2bhk same problem. 2) there was clearly some pipe work issue or drain problem in hall we cleaned every time it was used but we had to ask for clean towels as the cleaners came once for our stay 3) quite frankly, that is a complete scam and it is for these reasons that i would never recommend end this hotel nor would i visit it again we trust that makemytrip doesn't show like this hotel. We have a bad experience in this total.

We were fortunate that we got room available here on last moment. Spacious, neat n clean rooms with privacy. Clean sarrounding area n pool. Accessible to baga or other beaches was easy. In april will book again here with family

Prop-arty are very very good. Fantastic neture clean swimming pool, clean room, room service are wonderful, wifi service low.

Furniture and chairs is damaged and service girls are worst behaviouring, not responding, in garden there is no chair and teepai, bad smell is there, totally desapaionted

The hotel was good, clean, ambience was good. Service and food was also good. Happy with the management. Only problem was the kitchen is not well maintained. Also the lock of the sliding window in the balcony was broken. Washrooms need to be groomed a bit. Happy with the status and will surely recommend others to visit the place

Beds were not good door lock was not working our 1st day was good but next day they changed our room and it was very unhygienic fan was making sound

Worst experience ever. Floor was broken. Cockroaches everywhere. All the kitchen cabinets were broken. Ac was super old. No cooling at all. Almirah was also broken. Only staff was cooperative. The best part is u will net-ever feel lonely as there are alot of mosquitoes to accompany you.
