I recently stayed at this hotel in Goa booked through MakeMyTrip, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The location was a major issue, with an unpleasant atmosphere and surroundings. The hotel lacked basic amenities like a lift and had unprofessional staff, including an unhelpful reception. The rooms were not up to the mark, with issues like a non-working TV, unhygienic conditions, and inadequate window curtains. The overall vibe was unpleasant, and it didn't match the pictures provided. Adding to the frustration, I had booked for 3 days but had to cut my trip short due to an emergency. Despite paying extra for the third day, they didn't refund the amount, which was disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. The experience was far from worth it, and I hope they work on improving their services."

Rooms are very specious, neat and clean. Excellent location as mentioned it’s only 5 min walkable to Baga beach. Lots of restaurants around opens 24 hours. Hotel is exactly as shown in website. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
