Review Of Neelam the Glitz

Hotel was average . I was charged rate of five star hotel but provided only 2 star . Toiletries are all old and filled in old bottles . Bed sheet , furniture all old . Cleanliness was not upto mark . It would be okey if provided 1500 rs pernight

Everything was good , fast room service , pool was good , genuine food price , overall good experience

Property is very old and not even maintain properly. Staff is very rude, non co operative and uncultured.

Bad: Very bad room. Not maintained. Washbasin not working. Flush not working and paid a lot of money for the bad room. Food was good. Thats all. Wasted the money for bad rooms

Very well maintained and clean place to live. Staff is very cooperative. Little far from beach but okay for good price they offer. Breakfast is good tasty Indian Breakfast with one South and one north Indian dish. With bread and omlet.

Their policies are non customer friendly, like the outside cab cannot cone inside the hotel. Like they refuse to join two tables in the restaurant. Their restaurant has cooling problem.

We had an excellent experience at Neelam the Glitz. The staff were polite, but dinner could be improved with more options, while breakfast was good. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time.

First of all we are transferred from Neelam glitz to Neelam grand without any information. Rooms are not maintained. Toilet is not up to the mark. No co operation for local texi booking. Food is good but not much choice every day. Staff was good and humble.

The location is very good... as many places are near it. Food is nice... The service of the Hotel is excellent... within 5-10 minutes service is provided.

The resort ambience was excellent. I like the location of the resort which is near to all the prominent destinations in goa. The staff members were polite in nature and supportive. I'll definitely recommend this resort to my friends or relatives.

This was my 4th visit and stay to neelam the glitz. Rooms were really nice spacious staff is humble and helpful. Swimming pool area need big time renovation. Not at all maintained. Overall nice experience as i have too many memories with my family here. Breakfast spread is good could have been better. But the staff at breakfast is really attentive and giving personal attention to all guests.
