We just returned from our 2 nights stay at Presa Di Goa. We were not at all happy with the service provided to us during the course of our stay there. The property and feel of the place is good but the hospitality is where it lacks charm. Our Room was not cleaned at all during the course of our stay . . The Food was decent. Breakfast quality was fine but the manner in which they serve it is quite inhumane. We had to ask for basic things like getting plates, cutlery, water etc Will avoid visiting this place again due to its lack of service.

Great rooms. Well maintained. Helpful staff. The hotel is easy to locate. It has a decent sized parking lot for the size of the hotel. The hotel itself has a certain old world charm to it, with even the furniture being inspired by the old colonial times.
Good room but bad service

Overall the stay was disappointing as the start of the day was with a 1. 5 hours wait for getting the breakfast. Additionally there was solar tank work ongoing which caused the water to smell pretty bad. The location is around 3km away from Baga beach and the shuttle service is only available till 6 in evening.
As one goes to Goa, especially Bardez or Calangute, I went along with my spouse for having fun parties at the beach and relaxing. We went around February for 6 nights and had spread it across 2-nights Calangute area, 2 nights Morjim and 2 nights Palolem. Ideally would not recommend so much travelling if you plan to relax, but we are wanderers and wanted to see all of Goa.
Our trip started off from airport to Presa di Goa. My husband and I are budget travellers and try to do it all on a decent budget. So we decided to go for this boutique hotel as it came highly recommended and for good reason. We stayed at the 'Hibiscus' room although their villa rooms are also mesmerizing, but this one was no less. Exquisitely done Portuguese decor from upholstery to the furniture, this suite gave me an impression that someone very lovingly and thoughtfully designed it. The staff was extremely friendly and the complementary breakfast was delicious, they do an in-room serving too but do have breakfast by the poolside. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They do lock the doors post 12 in the night, so please make sure you have someone's number to let you in through the gate.
If you are reaching the hotel by afternoon as I did, I'd suggest you request the manager, a day prior, to keep a bike rented in your name. The reason being, the hotel is far from Baga and Calangute and if you plan to party the same night you reach the hotel, you are left stranded. The last shuttle to the beach is at 6 pm, so if you miss that then you'll have to hire a cab while will cost you a few bucks unnecessarily.
All in all, highly recommended place if you don't mind the distance, made the start if the trip really worth looking forward to. There are many options available near Calangute area, but you should try this place if you appreciate cozy warmth in a hotel which is very rare

We went to Goa for fully leisure trip & we couldn't have asked for something better than this place.
The resort is in a super quiet street and still close enough to a number of popular beaches.
Breakfast was super amazing and we had an option to have it at pool side or in balcony.
Advice - Do ask for an upgrade. We asked nicely and got an upgrade to room "Champa" which had an amazing view and was rich with amenities.
Also, try to ensure you speak to hotel staff to arrange for renting bike/car/jeep before you reach, so that they keep it ready by the time you reach.
Good and comfortable stay

My visit to this hotel was in the month of November 2016 with family. Destination is very good. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was very good, near beach. Appearance of the hotel was good from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staff were cooperative and friendly. Service was on time and was average. Room and toilet was neat and clean. All amenities were available with working condition.
Room price was comfortable
