Room and rest rooms are very clean and hygienic. There was a lunar eclipse coinciding with our stay, and we saw it on the hotel terrace. All the tourist spots are within walking distance of this property.

No food at hotel and hence no comments. Location is good. There was no chair available in room no. 107. Also no tea table which are mandatory. Cleaning could b much more better required as d bed sheets were not very clean.

This was my 2nd stay at Vilasam. Property is nice in the price range. All the attractions are few meters away. Hotel staff are supportive. Parking is an issue and you will be asked to park 200 mts away at a different property of the same group of hotel.

few good things 1) location is really great, everything is at walking distance all places to visit , beaches , hotels , restaurant and Bus stand , 2) Staff is polite and helpful. Things to be improved : 1) ACs in the room were not well maintained. 2) mattresses and bed sheets etc were also not proper and not very comfortable. 3) no phone in the rooms. 4) no night lamp
