Hotel staff was supportive and we had a quick check-in. Hotel was okay. it was simple but in an isolated kind of location.

Cleanliness of room and furniture was not good. Power back was not available for electricity interruptions. No nearby hotels available.

The wardrobes are broken air conditioner is not working in a room lizards and insects are in the tooms

Suggested by make my trip app. Totally outside area. No easy conveyance. Room not very comfortable. High charges. No value for money.

Slum area, no amenities nearby, lift not working, soiled bedsheets, tv outside bedroom, slippery bathroom, no mineral water supply. Frequent power cuts. Generator put on only after phone call

Good place, staff were friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is also near to private beach!

Hotel management is cheating with rooms having in 2 different locations but showing photos and images combined. After booking once reached we are asked to go to another location which was terrible. And once we fight with them they asked us to pay the extra amount so that they will provide us the actual booked room and in a good location. Very cunning and cheating Hotel staffs.

Food facilities need to be improved lot. Ideal for stay only and rooms are not spacious.

Staff was nice, genuine people. They need to upgrade their room, as the bedding was smelly and not proper lighting. Rest everything was fine.
The staff was really nice and upgraded our room. The only issue was that the bedding were too smally. The food was OK, but with no other option nearby, have to live with it. Location wise, it is walk-able distance from Tiger cave/ Beach. The beach was cleaner than expected. With low population around, it was a good break from daily hustle.

The service and food was excellent, even though the resort is across the beach which is bit a far walk from the resort however the other facilities are good and very well maintained. Me and my friend had a great time !!

Cooperative staff for every service, good responsibility, Not an big room, for couple's good, chilled AC, clean bathroom, puffy bed, led TV, security, safe, all over value for money, new building, 2km from Mahabalipuram, on ecr Road, I prefer for customers with their own vehicles if they planning to Mahabalipuram and outside hotels.
