The Bentley Sea Side Boutique Hotel (Previously The Eldoris)

Very poor service. Had to wait for half an hour or even an hour, and call reception repeatedly, for simple things like glasses, hot water for drinking, etc. Pool was dirty. Damp and dark atmosphere. Horrible experience.

The bedsheets were not changed regularly and they were unhygienic.

Even though the Front desk was helpful, the room wasn't that great and bathroom needs a big improvement as the water draining facility is poor and bathroom was not clean as per the standards and definitely not worth 2.5K at all

room was clean and well finished as hotel, so interior is good overall perfect location but guess what hotel has a rooftop cafe and a swimming pool which was abandoned and scary. all waste and unusable items were left there and it seems soo scary and horror after 5 pm

Nice view from hotel sea 🌊 side and breakfast was excellent 👌 they helped my 15 month baby food 😋 taste and quality good

Overall, it was a good experience. location is great just next to the thiruvanmiyur beach and little far from bus stand

Premium location with sea view of one of the beautiful beach in chennai within a range of just 100 m. Hotel room is good and modern for this price range. Requesting the management to put more effort in keeping the bathroom clean. I was not charged extra despite of early morning check in. Stuffs are very good and polite.

The condition of the hotel and rooms are very bad, no intercom for services you have to use your own mobile for that, bathroom condition is horrible, bed sheets and pillow cover are dirty, ac not working properly, overall it’s and bad experience

Well, to begin with there are no facility available as mentioned in the app. The rooftop restaurant is inactive. Guests are recommended not to go to the rooftop as there are no seating arrangements and the pool is not maintained. The room was stinking with smoke. The floor was sticky and the washroom looked like it wasn't washed for dacades

Property doesn’t seems to be same as like what they showed. No swimming pool and it’s not clean.

It wasn't how i expected, the rooms were not that good. Rooftop wasn't also open, the amenities were not enough, the seaside facing was also not proper view it was visible very low from side view and somewhat far. Over-all not worth it.

Hotel is located near to the Beach and stay is good and food is tasty but they are not punctual about timings .
