AC not properly working room and washroom not properly clean

I am a frequent traveller, and this was by far the worst stay I have ever had. The room was very poorly cleaned, with dust all over the walls. There was no towel or drinking water bottle provided, and even the complimentary breakfast that was promised was not served. There was no reception number available to contact anyone for help, and the mattress was torn and in terrible condition. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

The cleaning of the room was not very good and even the water was not provided by the hotel. I don't stay this type of hotel again.

I recently stayed at Hotel O JLN and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the area. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar, really added to the convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch – everything from the lobby to the bathroom in my room was spotless. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered a great selection of dishes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Opt for it only if you have no other option. it was unkept. only pawan the manager was okay. The hotel is dirty and unkept. Going on with bare minimum.

Had a worst experience in super hotel o jln. It’s a proper dharamshala, they will not provide you any towel nothing, their rooms are smelly, dirty, no lift ( inf-act the man sitting on reception told me pick your stuff and go to 2nd floor climbing and carrying bags ), no room service, no bell boys, dim lights, no tv connection, no geaser, intact the moment i checked-in within few minutes i checked out from the hotel because it looks soo unsafe. Asked for refund but i know i will not get. I think make my trip should rethink about listing. It’s all just about making money and fooling ppl. I called customer care as well but no use. Pathetic
