Terrible Stay
No room service no water bottle in room no hot water for bathroom and we call again' and again no budy response.

Good Stay
I stayed here for a short stay, but the experience was amazing, I had ordered dinner via the room service the service was prompt and efficient, plus the food was delicious and bed was very comfortable. Overall great expe.

Poor Stay
Rooms are dirty & unhygienic. Even staff also neglect guest requirements. We can say dharamshala is better than this hotel.

Budget
This hotel is actually a party hall with a garden and rooms on 2nd floors and above. Cons: 1. They are running offices in the basement and 1st floor. 2. The staff is not professional at all and not trained to handle tourists. 3. Unhygienic kitchen and zero maintained restaurant which is actually the cafeteria for the office. 4. Max 4 car parking back to back inside the hotel, the rest all are parked road side. 5. No star rating pros: 1. Near vivek vihar metro station. Good connectivity. 2. The room size is decent. (deluxe room) 3. Complimentary breakfast includes aaloo paratha, poha, veg sandwich and tea/coffee.

Safe for female who travels alone.
It’s all good. Decent hotel and safe for female who are travel-ling alone. Food is delicious. White souse pasta, veg biryani and tea was awesome.

A poor experience
They didn't provide the promised amenities such as the kettle, toilet paper, hot water. We called the reception for these issues but they didn't send anyone.

Average stay for a decent price
Rooms were spacious but lack basic amenities. Led panel was there but no tv remote to access the channels. Toilet was clean but there was logging and leakage in basin. Toilet seat was broken.

Service was very bad. Nothing was of use, bedsheets were not clean, there was no blanket, tv was not working and no amenities were provided. Won't ever visit again and won't recommend it at all to anyone.

Terrible Stay
Pathetic hotel. Corridors smelled of cigarettes. Had to change bedsheets. No bathroom toileteries. Just a hand soap. Tv was not working. In breakfast, there was a cockroach in our child's meal of milk and cornflakes. Parking is a problem as well. It is best to avoid this property
