Worst experience ever, bathroom was not cleaned, floor was seeping, room was smelly, no drinking water, worst behaviour by the staff not even listening. Can’t stay one night also. And fooling everyone with that picture of hotel and charging more, actually its some cafe and they are just a small hotel next to it

The room size we selected was very small also washroom could have been more better otherwise we got easy check-in and checkout

I booked the hotel for 3 days but ac and fan stopped working next day early morning and it was suffocating so we had to check out from the hotel in just one night

Worst stay ever. This was not expected. Very bad management of the hotel. I stayed here for 3 days and not on a single day my room was cleaned by the hotel staff. I called on the reception for cleaning my room he said this is check in time your room will be cleaned between 3 to 5 PM only if you leave your room key with us. How will guest wait for such a long time for cleaning of the room. While booking this hotel i had checked the hotel policies and there was not mentioned any thing about the visitor that they can come to room or not but when my visitor came reception boy refused them to visit in the room. If you are having the policy for visitor that they will not come in the room than you should have mentioned the same in the hotel policies. Than after requesting reception boy he allowed my visitor to enter in the room and asked me for Rs 500 for the visitor. The bed sheets was to dirty after requesting to change the bed sheet again the bed sheet bought by the hotel staff was more dirty than the earlier one. They are just making fool to the customers nothing else. I won’t prefer any one to visit in this hotel. Very untrained staff and very rude behaviour

Good stay but some of the things are to be improved. No slippers in the room no soap was provided. Some of this kind of untensil should be available

No parking facility no facility available in room neither soap nor nor water bootle or any other facility room is small

Hotel property is a very bad property, my room was torn apart. there was no cooperation from the staff. Breakfast money was taken, breakfast was not given.

Even after confirmation with the hotel manager, they didn't allow for early check-in. The rooms were not ready, there was not even a single guest staying there. When i reached there the hotel's door was locked and there was no one at the reception. Connected with the customer support and they booked a nearby property for us. So, thumbs-up for the support people, but hotel experience was really bad.
