Excellent hospitality clean hotel

Hi, I would rate my stay as 1 - Terrible. The rooms were very dirty and there was no geyser for hot water. The environment also felt unsafe, as 3-4 persons (apparently friends of the caretaker) were sitting and smoking right outside my room in the common lobby area. Additionally, no toiletries, towels, or the extra bed (despite booking 2 rooms for 5 persons) were provided. The bedsheets and pillows were unhygienic, clearly not washed. and I strongly feel that it should be delisted from the platform, as the conditions are completely different from what is shown online. My money was wasted, I had paid for one night, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed — comfortable bed, fresh linens, a strong Wi-Fi connection, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

the water was leaking from WC. the bathroom doesn't have thr handle and the knob. the door was too tight to get the door close.
