Review Of Hotel Fleur

The host was great..the boys did their best to make it a comfortable stay..nice location..food was good.

Hotel is situated at a peaceful place , generally the staff is good but they need to be more responsive , I told them to clean the room in the morning then again reminded them of the same in the afternoon and then late evening then only it was done and that too in a hurry , cleanliness is one thing that they should work on , the battery of AC remote were not working and I told at the reception to change it but it was done on the next day that too after another reminder ,toiletries were very less in the bathroom , complimentary breakfast was also lacking options . It can be a very good place to stay but these are the things that should be taken care of . Overall it was an ok stay .

At check-in booking was not available with them, had to call MMT to sort it. Later came to know Property is Sold out and No one knows what’s happening and no ownership. Only one towel between triple occupancy inspite of multiple reminders. Shabby bathroom with poor toiletries. It’s shame on MMT to have such property on their portal.

So basically the washroom pot wasn't clean , it had urine stains from the previous guests check-in

It was a good experience but could be better. Basic things such as toiletries were absent in the room and the service was not that good.

After conducting research, I selected hotel fluer. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

## Disappointing Experience at [Hotel Fleur] Rating: 1/5 We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at [Hotel Fleur]. Despite booking two Super Deluxe rooms with breakfast, our experience was marred by several issues. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the washrooms were no exception. Upon request, the receptionist suggested we take a room without a TV due to a recharge issue, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was a letdown as well - no buffet option was available, and we were served subpar parathas. To add to our frustration, we were denied extra water bottles. Parking was another issue. Given the non-refundable nature of our booking, we endured the stay, but overall, it was a very bad experience. The treatment of guests fell short of expectations. Perhaps the hotel can work on improving its services to match its room rates. Would not recommend.

it was a pleasant stay at Fleur. We had lunch at the place & The food was good. Service was up to mark. helpful staff

Not as per the price we paid for the hotel. No hot water, no basic supplies. Linen was old and of run down quality. We shifted to another hotel at a lesser price.

Good and clean hotel. Very near to the airport. Food options could be better as there are no restaurants nearby.

The bathroom & toilet was not clean. Breakfast wasn't ready as per timing & only 2-3 items were there. Gst invoice must be ensured by the property.

Rooms were dirty. Everywhere there was dust. No cleaning was done in restaurant also. They charge 45 rs for 500ml bottle. Only prantha and poha were available during the breakfast. Nothing else.

Location was good, staff were polite, food was nice but bit expensive. They should give more attention to cleanliness.
