## Disappointing Experience at [Hotel Fleur]

We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at [Hotel Fleur]. Despite booking two Super Deluxe rooms with breakfast, our experience was marred by several issues.
The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the washrooms were no exception. Upon request, the receptionist suggested we take a room without a TV due to a recharge issue, which was unacceptable.
The breakfast was a letdown as well - no buffet option was available, and we were served subpar parathas. To add to our frustration, we were denied extra water bottles.
Parking was another issue. Given the non-refundable nature of our booking, we endured the stay, but overall, it was a very bad experience. The treatment of guests fell short of expectations.
Perhaps the hotel can work on improving its services to match its room rates.
Would not recommend.
