Bed parking facility and staff is no copertaive rooms also not in rate and ac facility also poor so no staying in hotel

Poor Stay
The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. Rooms AC not cooling properly Bed sheets had stains on them and mattress issue and Water bottle extra payment charges due to complimentary water facilities not available.

First we asked about room availability but they refused, after that when we checked online it was showing room availability, then we asked them again and they asked us for a higher charge online, then we did the online booking.

It was only an overnight stay. The property was found through the internet. The hotel is new hence the fittings and laundry is quite fresh

Bad and stinky stay
familyThe 3. 5 star is misleading. Not only the deluxe rooms were stinky but also in bad cleaning state. No welcome kits like soaps in bathrooms. The blankets were used and dirty. Saw cockroaches on wall.
