food was very bad... there sataf was have bed behavior with coutmers... there service was worst..... they even cannot provide proper water... they don't have 24 hour hot water ...... very unclean rooms..... they don't respond to ur problems..... start plaza is worst hotel i have seen

Not so good arrangement for bed and pillow covers. Charging point are not in a good condition. Ac has operated by hotel not by ourselves. Co-mod is dirty.

this hotel is connected with Oyo . Room condition is very bad like an oyo hotel . rooms roof are very bad toilet condition are very dirty. we don't stay there because of very rude staff behaviour and they refused to give me a refund back and also to give the room. The staff misbehaved with us very badly . Suggest you all don't try to book in this hotel. this is my experience

The location is good. Rooms are average and clean. But the behavior of the receptionist is very bad and rude. They charged rs- 800 extra for only 3 hours early check in. Food was overpriced.

The hotel is in center of the city and they are unable to provide heaters in room even if agreed to pay the extra cost. Images do not match with actual rooms

The hotel incharge asked me to pay 500 more, he told me that your booking is not confirmed and we are not having room, after a quarrel of 15 minutes he allotted the room below standard, not even provided basic services even water, he has not provided the booked room.

The location is approachable near railway station. Food is good and amenities are satisfactory. Rooms are tidy.

Little noisy place due to just side of flyover, ok for 1 night stand, just walking distance from railway station

Property location was good but the internal cleaning was not good. And the internal decoration is also not good

Horrible room there is no facilities, they don’t provide a single towel door locked are not proper arrogant staffs rooms are like hunted place not clean at all there is no hot water too. There was no tv also every corner u will find splittings even lift is also so dirty i have never seen such dirty hotel any were. I request not to prefer this hotel please u can get good hotels in this rate also.

1. Hot water was there in the morning. 2. Clean was average and door lock was not good for safety. 3. No extra bed was given for child even though additional payment was made. 4. Check in/out time was not flexible. 5. Experienced polite behavior from staff. Average hotel for short stay with family.
