Terrible Stay

It was pathetic experience, once we reach at hotel it took 30 min to get room and staff had no clue if the booking is confirmed or not. Once we entered the room it was very dirty, all over the walls panmasal was spitted and washroom was smelly and even there were big rats coming to washroom from an open space for exhaust but no-exhaust fan was there. Worst thing door lock was not working we went out and after coming back saw our room gate was opened. Only positive was mr manoj who behaved very nicely.
