WORST HOTEL AND TERRIBLE STAY

I am rating this hotel as worst hotel I have ever come across during last 15 years, due to following points. 1- No body was available at reception desk during check in and check out, and I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes. 2- No body was found to pick up the baggage at the time of check in and check out. 3- AC was not working in the room and there was no fan, after wasting two hours and finding some body to help, I could get my room changed at 12 midnight with little AC working and no fan. 4- Only one bell boy was available from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM who was supposed to manage everything and he failed miserably to help. 5- Wash room was very dirty, foul smelling and was infested with insects and aunts. 6- TV was not functioning as it was not recharged since long with the dish operator. 7- Electric kettle provided in the room was non functional. 8- Mattresses were wet with water, may be because of previous user and were smelling badly. 9- Pics of hotel, room and wash room as shown in MMT site were entirely mismatching and deceptive. 10- On second night, electric supply in the room failed but there was no body to get it rectified. 11- I am so sorry to see how MMT has chosen such a worst hotel for its customers. 12- It is requested that MMT should review this hotel and remove it immediately from its list otherwise I will be left with no alternative except to choose some other booking site for my future requirements. 13- A feedback of action taken on my complaints is needed by me. 14- Worst part is that no senior person was available to get the issues resolved. We were left on the mercy of bell boy who was not able to do anything.

It was nice stay. The room was clean with nice bathroom and all amenities. The only thing that was lacking was that there was no fan in the room. The food was expensive. So we had to eat outside. Overall it was a nice experience.
