Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai OMR

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The buffet had excellent options with a wide variety to choose from, which I really enjoyed. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Service is not good room space is not sufficient for two people it is not a standard room it is a single room. The tariff also very high

Amazing experience staying at Essentia Premier. The service and staff were very prompt and friendly. The food especially was outstanding. Definitely recommending this to everyone.

The rooms are clean, maintained properly and easy to find location. Auto and bus stand are near. They have good variery in morning breakfast buffet .staff are polite and helpfull.

It is ok/good but not best. They have lot of areas to improve. Things can happen by our request and not on their own. No Gym No Fridge at room Toileteries were not provided based on number of occupants. We had to request. No Gym, No Fridge in the room. No hand wash option at restaurant but we had to go to dirty toilet for that.

I am staying @Essentia Premier quite often and this is primarily because of comfort, cleanliness, food and staff behaviour. The hotel is situated in a prime location and has all the basic amenities. Room size is quite descent if you are going for a deluxe king room. Breakfast is awesome and good varieties of options are there. The best part is service quality - all the staff are very polite and supportive specifically Shakti, Priyanka.

The stay was pleasant and good , I liked the room as its larger in terms of sqft and got it within a reasonable pricing . The buffet breakfast had so many options and food was really worth it .

The room was clean, but a bit too small. Location is good, the restaurant is good too. The bed was a bit saggy, as it's too soft felt like almost a hammock. But my biggest gripe is There is not enough place to comfortably keep a laptop and work. It's repurposed as the tea and coffee section. The cupboard is designed probably by someone who plays Tetris a lot, you have to squeeze your one hand in to keep your clothes and accessories. On the plus side, all these space seems to have been reallocated for a spacious bathroom. The rooms are small and room services is poor, food is good But Bar is billing more then 4 star hotel. Maximum 3k price room selling for close to 6k

I absolutely loved the stay. This is by far the best hotel for this price. Even better than ibis! The location was good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking was good. The food was great. Will definitely come back!

The in house menu was very very poor..i even mentioned it to the reception but they're least bothered...sometime a/c was not working and i got a transfer to another room...overall very average stay for a business class hotel. not recommended for business travellers.

The stay was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Kudos to the Management team which maintains the standard.
