The location is near the railway station, a lift is not available in the hotel, room also good, air condition work,overall is good

Room was neat and clean. They provided me with toothbrush, toothpaste and towel. Slippers were also available. But I booked the room with breakfast included and on the first day they didn't serve breakfast on their own. I had to ask multiple times and finally they served at 10 am which they purchased from any local shop. Also they do not provide drinking water bottle so you r on your own. On plus side staff was helpful.

Great Stay with Activa Included! Had a great overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Activa included in the package was a big plus—well-maintained and super convenient for getting around. Service was smooth and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free stay with added value!

I recently stayed at this hotel which I booked Honestly speaking, the room looked fine at first, but the bathroom experience was horrible. As soon as I opened the bathroom door — uff! It had such a strong, unbearable smell — like some drainage issue or old sewage. You can’t even stand inside for 2 seconds without feeling dizzy. I seriously request the hotel management — please fix this issue immediately, because this ruins the entire stay. And for fellow travelers — do confirm about this issue before booking. You’ll get the news right after check-in I hope MakeMyTrip takes action and makes this feedback visible to the hotel.

Location was satisfactory, near railway station. Room was clean. But no ventilation in room or bathroom. AC was working but it's swing was not working. Staff was friendly.
