Hotel goyal palace

Stay only six hours... hotel good but owners me give him 5 star. Otherwise ok for short time stay.

It was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is convenient near to railway station and airport.

It was fine to stay there. The behaviour of the staff was fine and helpful. The size of room was comfortable and windows AC s were working fine. In the morning the staff has Toto which helped to reach the station. overall enjoyed it.

The staff were too kind and the service was super fast. We had an early morning train and they helped us with the transport too.

The accommodations provided were generally quite comfortable and well-maintained. The staff members were consistently courteous and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. We believe these observations will contribute towards a more refined experience for future guests.

They gave us a comfortable experience, hotel room was good and their services were comfortable too. The food could be a little better though

Cleanliness is average, locality is also not so good. It needed two to three times remainders to get hot water

Smelly and small rooms, breakfast not provided although booked. rooms were clean but bad smell. Ventilation is not adequate.

Bed size is small, not good for family, Room is small and has no windows. Geyser was not working, AC was not working, & Landline phone was also not working. There were suffocation inside the room. Did not like at all

room had less space and food was worst , water was so sticky I think the used had bore water which I didn't like

Horrible Experience. I don’t have any clue why this hotel is tagged under MMYT Stay. Just because of that tag only, I trusted and booked. Here is my experience: We stayed in Double Deluxe AC Bedroom. 1. Suffocation in the room because of zero ventilation. Really really struggled to breathe. We requested to change the room but they denied though they have rooms available. 2. No lift. 3. They switch off the room AC when you are going out. When you come back, you need to call reception and request to turn ON. It will take 10 mins. Same happened to my friends room also. 4. We were seeing bugs and cockroaches inside the room. 5. Without slippers you can’t walk on the floor. 6. If power goes off, AC won’t run on the generator. 7. No facet in the toilet. It was a jet spray and very local. 8. Last at the best, outside the hotel, it was like a chawl and dirty.

although room was clean and beautiful and ac was working properly but bathroom lights were flickering and the bed was very spongy that it was uncomfortable, you sink inside the bed . overall It's good for few hours stay

wonderful experience. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Agra Cantt Railway station. Clean and excellent rooms with AC, soap, Hot water, TV, chappal. Recommended and stay was worth. They have their own Restaurant nearby and can also provide room delivery.

I will start from the beginning, me and one of my male friends visited agra for 1 day, i booked a hotel named hotel goyal palace, i read all the hotel policies in which they are allowing the couples to stay. so i wholeheartedly with the belief that there will no problem and we will be safe but we experience totally opposite of it. as they assured the couple stay in their policy but after reaching there they said no no we can't allow couple then i said but it's mentioned in the policy then they lied and made an excuse that we do not allow couple which is not mentioned their and take a total advantage of our situation as we are exhausted from the weather condition. and they said ok we will allow you only in one condition and demanded more money to pay. then we paid an extra amount of ₹1000 over our hotel bill. they gave us the room. but we were not feeling safe at all they are continuously poking us and saying its not allowed to stay. so we checked out the hotel at 5:00 pm which we have checked in at 1:30 pm. They have not updated about our checking out time, which they updated today. Now it was a terrible experience and i want my refund back.

Nice place and nice management and washroom space also good but pic up point and drop point are not good
