Hotel O Paharganj

i have never seen such a dirty room, more over the Manager/ owner is openly telling that A/C will not be continuous. in a day 2-3 hours only he will make it on, he said if want to complaint, pls do it, i dont care, Bathrooms are so terrible, i felt ashamed to take pictures also, No water bottle, only 1 towel provided for 2 day booking, and a/c main switch he used off. I have asked for 2 plates for eating food, he said for empty plates also he will charge. Makemytrip Kindly dont allow these kind of hotels.

Its my worst stays of my life. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude—completely unhelpful and rude. There was no hot water, and the bedsheets were worse than those on a train. Terrible bathroom, No towels were provided, and the bathroom lacked even basic amenities like soap. Despite multiple calls to reception, all I got was a firm "no" every time. Absolutely unacceptable service! Worst, Please don't stay, its my request.

worse hotel to stay .. dirty filthy rooms. bad smell bugs crawling on the bed ... they did not gave me water bottel , soap towel etc.... this was the most terrible experience i had . ..there was no cover on the pillow. i had to put the bedsheet on the pillow the pillow was very dirty .. ...

When we reached the hotel at around 12:30 am at nightfrom airport after our long journey, for our stay before we could catch our train early morning, we were told that there are no rooms. Then at odd hours with my wife I was asked to go to another hotel, so we had to walk with our luggage tp another hotel in 1 am night. It was a horrible experience, and then the room that was given to us was not good enough with unclean bedsheets.

Not able to find the hotel, we were waisted, more than 1 hrs to search the hotel. Customer care executive was also disconnecting our calls, when we asked for help at early hour morning at 3. 30 am. Waste of money

Very bad property everywhere dust the washroom is very bad. Bed sheet is dirty. The blankets are 10 year old

Ac was not working, no proper washroom cleaning. & it was smelling. Overpriced. I need a refund. After mentioning r hat ac is not working no one cared.
