This hotel has only one advantage, that is it's location near to Universal Business Park. Other than this, everything is average or below average, the hygeine, maintenance, washroom quality, lift...all are just below average, and they are not charging less. It's 3500 for single person without any meals, which is really not worth it.

There is no hot water for bath and also ac is not working well. Fan noise is so much buzzing also there is no tv facility available in the night and there is no toothpaste available from hotel not even they are provide me from market as well. Third class services from reception as well. They are not answer the call which i have calling from intercom in the hotel. No tea available for morning huddle. There is also no bathroom accessory available. Pathetic.
