    Property location is nice. Food was also good. Room service need improvement. One of the very strange thing I never seen anywhere is that they have different place to sit for Indians and reserve place to sit for foreigners. That sound like a discrimination.

    Very beautiful ambiance. The staffs were very cordial. I needed a spa, and the spa person was kind enough to stay 15 min more to provide service. A beautiful place to stay, especially I moved there after a bad stay earlier night at IBIS vikroli. Very bad experience for the money I paid. So un professional…only solace was they helped me change my room at midnight ….the rooma were stinking. Refreshment sucked. Bedings were dirty. Essentials werr not stocked. At shower I discovered the soap was not filled. I called reception at midnight checked on checking out policy, and he said if I cut short my stay i will be reimbursed…he did not validate anything about the booking if it was direct or mmt..i had booked another hotel basis the confirmation, but he conveniently denied the conversation due to which I lost 10 K…not trustable…and every call to reception was over 8 rings before they responded

    Rooms have become really bad , disturbance through the day up till 7:30 pm . At one point of time I used to enjoy staying in this property. Not anymore. It’s run down. I have stayed here more than 20 times.

    Room, cleanliness is good. Location is good. Has small gym but sufficient for the purpose. Staff is courteous. Service for food to be prepared is very slow and bad. Simple tea takes 15-20 minutes. Fulkas don’t come and no one is bothered to even inform.

    Property is well maintained. Breakfast buffett spread was good. One big mistake of cancelling both rooms instead of one, against my request, happened. Property took some time to reallocate one room. This created some inconvenience to me. Rest everything was very good.

    Overall good hotel with good staff but too costly for the room of that size. The service was good but not upto other 5 star hotels. If you're looking for a 5 star only hotel in Hiranandani Gardens only then go for it.

    Convenient Stay at Meluha – The Fern in Powai

    We stayed at Meluha – The Fern for one night in their Club Suite. The hotel is beautifully situated in Powai and enjoys a very convenient location. The room allocated to us was clean and comfortable, with no complaints on that front. Both the restaurant staff and the entrance staff were friendly and attentive. The food during our dinner and breakfast was good overall, though there were a few hits and misses. Nothing particularly stood out, and there is definitely some scope for improvement in the culinary experience. Overall, it’s a good hotel option for anyone with work or business in the Powai area of Mumbai.

    Terrible Stay

    Meluha the fern - while i did checking the staff was too rude and adamant, when i asked for cold water they are like we charge for cold one ask for ice it is still coming, at night ordered food as i checked in too late so just requested them to send ur service boy with a parcel but the lady was too rude in responding, morning while checking out they kept my car light button on and again the reception person was too rude in replying. I will never suggest recommend this hotel to anyone and specially staff needs learning how to speak and behave.
